CAUTION: The Subdivision Plat and Development Plan images on the Development Services Internet site ARE NOT the official recorded subdivision plats and development plans. They are copies of the official recorded subdivision plats and development plans. These images contain additional information added by the Pima County Development Services Department after the subdivision plat or development plan was recorded. Additional data, such as, but not limited to, addressing, planning and zoning, annexation, and base map information has been added and is subject to occasional revision. Therefore, this additional information may NOT be used as official reference to conditions that affect these subdivision plats and development plans. Users should check with appropriate county departments for current conditions, requirements and standards. The official recorded subdivision plats and development plans can be found at the Pima County Recorder's Office.
